The amendment of 3 February 2010 applies to the Part III, Rights Over Things Of Civil Code. The essential points are: 1) To add the title of Section 1, Chapter 3, the ‘ordinary surface right’ and related provisions (Articles 832, 833, 833-1, 833-2, 834, 835, 835-1, 836, 836-1, 836-2, 836-3, 838, 838-1, 839, 840, 841) 2) To add the title of Section 2, Chapter 3, the ‘divisional surface right’ and related provisions (Articles 841-1 through 841-6) 3) To repeal the title of Chapter 4 and related provisions (Articles 842 through 850) 4) To add the title of Chapter 4-1, the ‘agricultural exploitation’ and related provisions (Articles 850-1 through 850-9) 5) To revise and add the provisions governing the ‘easement’ stipulated under Chapter 5 (Articles 851, 851-1, 852 through 855, 855-1, 856 through 859, 859-1 through 859-5) 6) To revise and add the provisions governing the ‘dien’- i.e. the right to use an immovable of another person and to collect fruits therefrom by paying a price and taking possession of the immovable (Articles 911, 913, 914, 915, 917, 917-1, 918, 919, 920, 921, 922-1, 924-1, 924-2, 925 and 927) 7) To revise and add the provisions governing the ‘possession’ stipulated under Chapter 10.
