The amendment of 3 February 2010 applies to the Enforcement Law For Part III Rights Over Things Of Civil Code. The essential points are:
1) To specify that the revised provisions of Article 833-1 shall be applicable to the indefinite surface right which is stipulated under the Rights over Things of Civil Code prior to the amendment of 5 January 2010(Article 13-1)
2) To specify that for the right to permanent use of another person's land, which was obtained prior to the amendment of 5 January 2010, the period shall be shortened to twenty years after the amendment taking effect.(Article 13-2)(2 provisions, p.33)
