The Cultural Creativity Enterprises Development Law contains thirty articles and was promulgated by the President on 3 February 2010. The law is comprised of four chapters:
Chapter 1, general provisions (Articles 1 through 11)
Chapter 2, mechanism for assistance and reward, subsidy (Articles 12 through 25)
Chapter 3, tax incentives (Articles 26, 27 and 28)
Chapter 4, supplementary provisions. (Articles 29 and 30) (30 provisions, p.9-17)
