The Provisional Statute For Adjustment Of Executive Yuan Functional Operations And Structure contains twenty one articles and was promulgated by the President on 3 February 2010. That due to the amendment to the Organic Act for the Executive Yuan, this statute has been enacted for dealing with the adjustment of functional operations and structure, assets takeover, processing of budget and closing of the account, transfer of staffers, and protection of rights and benefits on the part of the Executive Yuan and its subordinate administrative agencies at various levels.
